Leading UX&Project Planning for “BBar Shop”
Project Planning, Lead UX Design Team
Recognized for strong design and strategic planning skills, I was selected by the CEO to lead UX and project planning for "BBar Shop", a second channel expanding beyond home shopping into broader e-commerce. Conducted market research on competing platforms and developed five to six unique UI models, allowing the channel to showcase diverse products while maintaining a fluid and adaptable user experience.
To maximize user engagement, I designed an interface that encouraged higher click-through rates without overwhelming users. Through prototyping, iterative testing, and UX refinement, I ensured that BBar Shop delivered a creative, yet intuitive e-commerce experience, setting it apart in a competitive digital marketplace.
