Graphic&UX Design for TVPoint App
UI/UX Design Team
As a Graphic and UX Design Intern on the TVPoint App team, I contributed to icon design, UI improvements, and user experience enhancements. Initially, my role focused on prototyping and designing custom icons, ensuring a cohesive and visually engaging interface. Over time, I gained a deeper understanding of the app’s overall service, allowing me to map user flows, refine UI/UX elements, and optimize the app experience.
Key contributions:
- Designed and refined the TVPoint app’s visual identity, including icon sets and interface elements.
- Developed user flows for TVPoints and TVPay, ensuring seamless navigation.
- Upgraded UI/UX design, enhancing usability and visual appeal.
- Created a TVPay usage guide to streamline user onboarding.
- Analyzed user data, identifying trends in downloads and deletions.
- Investigated user drop-off points and proposed strategies to increase engagement and retention.
This experience allowed me to blend graphic design with UX strategy, crafting a more intuitive and visually compelling app.
Service Plan Proposal
Redesigning the TV order service UX into Easy Order with streamlined login and payment (Easy Login + Easy Payment).
Designed the Easy Login service UI/UX for a seamless and intuitive user experience.
As a Graphic and UX Designer, I also worked on translating finalized UI/UX designs into developer-ready assets. I created a UI Flipbook in PowerPoint, detailing the service flow, UI style guide, and button interactions to guide engineers in coding the interface.
Key contributions:
- Designed the service flow and UI style guide for clarity and consistency.
- Labeled button interactions and required actions to ensure accurate implementation.
- Collaborated with engineers, refining designs based on coding feasibility.
- Solved design challenges, making UI adjustments for better functionality.
By combining graphic design precision with UX strategy, I ensured a smooth transition from design to development, making the interface both visually strong and technically efficient.
