TVPoint App
(TVPoint and TVPay Service)
2018 - 2020Seoul, South Korea
The TVPoint app is an app
that allows users to use various services such as the latest movies, dramas,
entertainment VOD, webtoons, and sound sources on mobile by searching
and integrating affiliate points such as credit card companies, gas/vehicle
memberships, and gift certificates, and charging them with TV points. As a graphic design intern, I joined the TVPoint app team starting with making prototypes of the
apps and designing icons. As time went by, I started to learn the overall
service and experience of the app, and I could grow as a UI/UX designer, being
able to design flow maps and user experience.
Designed TVpoint App (overall flow of the TVPoints and TVPay).
Upgraded UI and UX and its graphic design.

Monitored the TVPoint App users, figuring out the number of
users who downloaded and deleted TVPoint App.
Figured out the reason why the users delete the app, and planned for ways to vitalize TVPoint App.

Easy Login service UI/UX I came up with
After UI/UX design confirmation, the UI/UX design team created a UI Flipbook in a PowerPoint format for the engineers to code. I created the service-flow and UI style guide, plus labeled the descriptions for each button that requires action. If there were parts that the engineers struggled to code or they needed to ask the designers to make a change for a better code, the engineers and designers discussed it in order to come to an agreement.
HomeBBar App
(Home Shop & BBar Shop)
2020 - Present
Joined the design team of “Home” channel, within
the app called “HomeBBar,” that deals with all 18 home shopping companies
and sells their products online. Project-planned the second
channel, “BBar” shop that deals with other online shopping malls outside of home shopping companies.

BBar Shop
As I got very interested in UI/UX design,
researching user experience and designing UI, I continued to work for a longer time, even during my college years. While
working at tvHub, I was recognized for my design ability and was given the
opportunity from the CEO to project-plan the BBar
channel, “BBar Shop,” and lead the design team. Through a lot of research on similar companies’ services as well as
project plan ideations, I came up with an idea of creating about five to six static, but very different designs and experiences from one another.
Since it is a channel that can sell even more than non-home
shopping products, it was
best to display the products
in a very different user experience, but at the same time not conveying a feeling of “being categorized.” In other words, it
could mean a responsive UI to any product BBar shop wants to
display. In order to make this plan work and arouse as many clicks per user as possible, a creative, yet not too difficult interface design was
vital. Through multiple of ideations and user testings, the app could be
designed with the user experience I envisioned.
